It was a nice selling point, and you bought it. It does not matter to me and will make little to no difference. Any company actually doing biodiesel from hemp will be out of biz without subsidy while prices of oil are under $75 BL. Even if that were not so, you are not going to see anyone produce more than 5k BLs a YEAR from HEMP.
BTW... BIODIESEL can be made from nearly any biodegradable product. Switch-grass is much more efficient. BP has been making it from algae for some time now. Still not profitable.
Why are we subsidizing our farmers still ??? It's your tax money !

Oh... the farmers are getting a little extra check now because of the failed trade policies.

And yes, Trump is in bed with Russia and Saudi Arabia to throw monkey wrenches in the oil supply factor.
His efforts with Iran's supply, so far, have backfired.
But it has created a new alliance that they call OPEC+ because now Russia and Saudi Arabia now control the production and most of the price.... or so they thought. Was not enough so they need more turmoil in Valenzuela and other oil producing countries.
Despite the lower WTI pricing from Trumps trade policy and China not buying US oil, it has helped keep OPEC+ in check, despite Trump !. US WTI oil sells for $10bl less than Brent oil.
So why are some of our better grades of oil getting close in price to lower grade of Canadian crude ? Must be the biodiesel from hemp that will never really appear.... LOL...
