It's only been legal for a month. It will be a slow process no doubt. You're missing the point. It was outlawed for 80 years, which gave an artificial advantage to the oil companies. We know the Bush family runs oil companies, the Clintons and Obama did NOTHING on this issue because they are corrupt pieces of shit, So finally it can compete freely in the free market. Yeah it'll take a few years to see big volume being produced. It'll happen.
