Unapologetically Paxum deserves negative feedback.
1. They pretend to be a Canadian company but are run out of Europe behind a myriad of shady companies and structures. Having a Canadian front company run from a post office box (called a suite) out of a UPS store is different to being a Canadian company that operates from Canada.
2. They collect thousands of pieces of personally identifying information, copies of passports, drivers licenses, other id and personal information and are not transparent about where that information is stored or how it is used.
3. They have not been able to hold down banking or credit card providers because of regulatory issues. Why have they not been able to satisfy regulators? What is wrong with this company?
4. Ruth regularly either outright lies or at least obfuscates the truth on behalf of Paxum, she is completely unashamed at her role in helping Paxum deprive people of their money.
5. Paxum does not have a functionally working support system, tickets go unanswered, problems arise and often the only recourse is to bring it to forums.
I have a longer list but this will suffice for now.
Paxum deserves to have as much light shone on it as possible.
