It is loose loose for the republicans:
1) if he wins in the courts, he will set a precedent that when some left Dem gets into the White House and with this precedent, they can change gun laws, create universal medicare and anything else their liberal heart can desire even stopping cows from farting.
2) if he looses in court he and the senator who who munches on Trump served manure sandwiches and his party also loose.
