The only places the border patrol has suggested using barriers is where there are rural activity on both sides of the border. Not in farm land or the desert.
But I think it will really be a non issue in the end. It may be wrapped up in court battles till the end of his term. Perhaps even a veto-proof legislation from congress.
Many Senators do not want their pet project defense spending to disappear as I doubt the house will replace the funds taken. And then there are the defense lobbyist.

The Pentagon has already stated they can deny Trump the money. Much less the countless law suits. He isn't getting his wall, he's just trying to pander to the stupid fucks like Robbie, onewebcam, Squalboy ect..ect who are too stupid to figure out reality..
I just find it nice to see that guys like Robbie most specifically, will try to justify the theft of people's land when he bitched about Obama creating a few National Parks. He whined about all the land the govt owns and claimed the govt shouldn't own all that BLM land and claimed how much of a libertarian he was ect..ect..
Now here he is trying to justify the theft of people's land by the govt all because his cut leader wants it. It's just amazing to see how much people like them will do 180's depending who is in charge..
