You need a GPU equipped server and you need to set up CUDA and TensorFlow correctly.

I am currently running a model on a small group of 64GB servers with 16 Tesla V100 GPUs.

(be aware these servers are NOT cheap, you won't be doing this shit with pocket change any time soon.)
