For the record, I am the idiot who helped him out back in 2017. He was begging for $20 to get by for a week. I sent him $50.

Edited in: (there may have been more than just me that helped him out. When I did it told him to post that he had received help, which he did)

Then I see him back on 2 days later begging again.

One of the Two times that I have regretted helping someone out financially here.

I don't do that anymore

You are only ripped off if you feel like you have been ripped off and I ended up feeling ripped off and stupid.
