Not Russians but Ukrainians if we are talking about their citizenship. Ethically all native Ukrainians are Russians, but since 1991 they are citizens of the independent Ukraine. They have their own country, their own capital in Kiev and yes, they price Nazis and officially do Nazi SS veteran parades.
