It does, people may have some bad experiences in the past and that is ok, we are working to give better solutions in the present and the future.

Nobody has 100% sucess, that is just an ilogical conclusion, people that have bad experiences are the loudest and it is fine I have talked to each one of them, we have a lot of happy customers too, just they are not thst noisy as the previous unhappy ones.
