Are you saying that each person who has asked you for a refund due to problems has definitely received one? Are you saying that when people have had problems getting support that each of these issues has been fully resolved? Explain how you can support Windows XP without using out of date SDKs? I am happy for you to correct me on this, but the use of Windows XP is a security risk given that it's no longer updated and neither are the old Win32 SDKs.
