Absolutelly, no need to have your inbox filled out with complaints, on the contrary the thing is as simple as to contact me and they would have gotten the support they need in fact if you have something showing the contrary sure post it and I will take care of it, absolutelly.

Basically the message there is that the software works just with windows operative system not only on Windows XP BUT I am the owner of the software, I have requested a longer explanation to my programer and for sure if there are any problems we will take care of them absolutelly, contrary to what you believe we are willing to work on the improvements.
