For the dinner I ate grilled chicken wings with vegetables (tomatoes, celery, onion) and pepper sauce + 3 cans of non-alcoholic beer. Before to go sleep I ate about 160 grams of chocolate ice-cream. Plus a couple of bananas, cashew, almond, hazelnut and about 50 grams of dark bitter chocolate.
Today my menu will be a way different. We rarely visit restaurants and cafes, so I and my wife are used to cook everything at home. Perhaps I'll won't be so lazy and make a Thai Tom Yum soup with chicken broth, coconut milk, seafood, roasted garlic, mushrooms, peppers, etc..
Maybe tomorrow I'll ask my wife to make Asian pilaf and cheese soup with mushrooms or French garlic soup for me.

Sir I would very much appreciate it if you could post your wife's "Russian chicken borsch with greens and sour cream" recipe. Just how you have it at home.
