the answer is simple - he didn't even bother to place any affiliate links because that shitty domain doesn't get any valuable traffic that would make him sales. site can be barely found in Google. I wouldn't even want to be listed on that crap site for free, as the link from there would even more hurt than help, the domain is involved in heavy spamming.
this is just a SCAM as I explained above.
