I wish it would. But what we really need is for the "team sports" bullshit to be put aside by CONGRESS and get it done.
Maybe after Harris loses her bid for the Presidency, we can see if she REALLY means it when she's back to her day job as a Senator.
As a Senator she has REAL power to introduce a bill and push it.
Of course the fucking Republicans will not play ball on it because she is Democrat.
