Why is crime in quotes? And ok, it would depend on the crime. Fine. In that case, If Trump committed a Federal Crime should Trump be punished for that crime?

True. But lets for a second assume Trump did all the things he is accused of. It would be highly complex, require a lot of resources and a lot of evidence to really, really prove. Trump would have nearly unlimited resources and he would win just about any case thrown at him. So if I were Mueller or any other Mueller-type, I think it would take years of information and evidence gathering to make sure that my case was rock-solid.
