I have dealt with their customer support a few times and it is absolutely abysmal. Driving me to stop using it.
We had a business account, I can't tell you how many things that we ordered that we did not receive or broke within a few days and we basically had no recourse. Several cases of an item not even showing up. Other cases of return shipping fees were much higher than replacing the product. I ended up canceling our business account and have gone back to box stores. Saving me $5 every other order is not worth it if we can't get support when it's needed.
In regards to the shipping, I always had a feeling this would happen at some point. There's no way it made economical sense.
