Amazon employees will receive a base rate of pay starting at $28 per hour for ordinary hours. Penalty rates and overtime loadings will also be paid, along with six weeks of paid parental leave. Other benefits include subsidies for training courses and healthcare including dental and eye cover.

Weekends and over time will be at time and a half, same with the 12 public paid holidays a year and lets not forget the 4 weeks annual paid leave on top of that. + 12.5% towards 401k and medicare levey 1.7%

Bezos can be made good, just takes a little arm twisting.
