I lived in Australia for 5 years without coming back to America even once during that time.
America is fucked because multinational corporations are allowed to bleed us dry on drug prices, medical care costs, insurance costs, housing prices and non liveable wages.
When my friends from Australia came to visit me here they were shocked at how expensive and overpriced everything is.
The quality of life in Australia is much MUCH better than in America because of your affordable housing & great wages, amongst other things.
Your federal minimum wage is $18 an hour, in America it's $7.25 an hour.
