I have a special kind of dog food I buy for my Great Dane on Amazon and it's $10 cheaper on Amazon for the 8-pound bag than it is at the store. I used to be able to get 2-day delivery with my prime membership buying 4, 8 pound bags of dog food at a time. What they've done recently is it still shows up as prime but I don't get it until 5-7 days later now. They tell me that prime means I don't have to pay the shipping lol The vender is the same, nothing's changed but my delivery time.

Amazon delivery quality has gone way down since they've created their own delivery service, AMZL. I've had stuff delivered to the wrong house almost every fourth delivery and have to call Amazon to report it and hope a neighbor brings it to my door (they always have so far)
