it is not probably, it is for sure the whitest country...but the problem is you have to decide, either whites do not commit crime as you say and we can not be rape crazy serbs, or whites commit crime...you can not have it both ways

btw: we have much much much much less crime in times of war than you do in times of peace we did not manage to out-rape the USA per capita even during times of war and even if we accept the top figures and even if we blame just serbs
