There's simply no crime. Cohen was coerced into pleading to something that isn't a crime, as part of the attempt to 'get Trump.' Cohen made the payment himself. Nothing to do with Trump, and not a crime.

Umm It was a crime because Cohen was convicted of it... Why are you trying to deny that? He is going to jail for campaign finance violations as a direct result in paying off Stormy.. You live is fucking lala land if you think Cohen didn't commit a crime and was just tricked into being guilty.. seriously wtf is going on in that head of yours..
Also... Why is Fox now implicated in that very crime? Here I'll let FindLaw.com explain it to you...

Accessory After the Fact
While merely failing to report a crime is one thing, helping to conceal a crime is another. A person can generally be charged with accessory after the fact, or aiding and abetting, if he or she wasn't actually present during the commission of a crime, but took actions to conceal the crime or help the perpetrators avoid capture.
For example, hiding a weapon that was used in a robbery will probably make you an accessory after the fact under the laws of most states, even if you took no part in the actual robbery. These incidents of failure to report a crime can have serious consequences. Depending on the severity of the underlying crime, aiding and abetting can be either a misdemeanor or a felony in most states.
Fox News helped conceal and cover up the crime of election finance violation, ie the Stormy Daniels payment. Added to this they are now on record as doing it to "protect" Donald Trump's election campaign.. It's one thing if they didn't want to report the store however it's criminals when their reason for not reporting the story is for the same reasons the payments were made.. (ie protect Trump's campaign)
