When the % of blacks is high in any Town.. that Town will always be high crime.. it never fails.
I live in one of the safest Towns in my State.. 70% white population.. The town just 15 minutes above me has a 40% black population and is known as a high crime shit hole.
Or just look at the entire continent of Africa.
But Facts are racist too.
