The only way he is going to get impeached is if the Mueller report has something that directly indicates he committed a serious crime. Anything shy of that and the impeachment will never make it through the Senate. When Clinton was impeached and survived it, his approval rating went up because many people thought the Republicans were on a witch hunt. The Democrats don't want to make that mistake.
