You guys always seem to think that if you can make a accusation to someone else, you can excuse some others for their actions.

And I am sure if there is any merit to what they said, someone will be stepping aside.
But in the meantime, you should read-up on what it takes to revoke a tax-exempt status, because it means you are declaring it no longer is a not-for-profit or you are dissolving it for bad deeds. but not for the actions of it's members unless the organization was complicit in the/a crime.
