The Americans/ Europeans...fire several times in front of the speeding pirate boat, then the gunner MUST ask if he can fire closer and eventually ( I presume after many hours) the pirates give up and are taken into custody to spend some quality time in an EU hotel style prison.

The Russians just hammer the fuckers with all they have and even if the ship is fully ablaze they give it a few more. I guess nobody goes to a Russian prison. The pirates go sleep with the fishes.
