Trump said today he is for it being made public. He doesn't really have a choice. He might legally be able to suppress it, but the only reason he would do that is if it is bad. If he refused to release it the House (and maybe even the Senate) would have Mueller testify, likely in public and they would ask him what was found.

In short, the info in the report is going to get out one way or another, Trump trying to stop it would only make himself look worse.
