So it says:

"Vilifying conduct is contrary to democratic values because of its effect on people who, as a result of being vilified, feel isolated from the community and are less likely to participate in community activities." - source

So take yesterday for example... if a muslim pours gas in a school bus and lights it up trying to burn 51 kids alive, can I say muslims are shit humans? Or would I get arrested?
