Of course Barr is going to try to bury the report that's what he was hired to do.
There are 17 other investigations spawned from the Mueller investigation. the Mueller report really doesn't matter in the end unless it says Trump was guilty but not indicted because it's against DOJ policy.
I can't see any other way that the Mueller report means anything. It was the investigation that made all the difference.
