1. Ad blockers are usually more about large ad networks. If you're serving a few banner ads from your own site, you probably won't appear on their radar (although some blockers will block known ad sizes)
2. People who run ad blockers are usually using them for a reason. Trying to find a way around their blocker is just going to piss them off.
