As I've said before, president's in America don't go-to jail or get charged, neither do their immediate family. And the president pardons all his henchmen before leaving office. By the time Trump's out of office I wouldn't be surprised to see him pardon massive amounts of scum for white collar crimes and some of his racist supporters that mailed bombs and others that maimed or killed people.
A republican administration, with Republican appointees, has a Republican AG appoint a Republican special council and put us through 2 years of an investigation that results in sentences far below the recommended for 8 felonies, with one Republican judge saying the criminal was "a fine man" that lead an "otherwise blameless life,” .
