I've never seen so much spin over a 4 page summary of a multi thousand page Government report, that's only been inspected by two people working for that Government. Has America become that complacent in tweet speak?

Battle maybe won, based on propaganda spin, but Trumps problems are far from over, if anything just beginning.

The Pentagon notified Congress late Monday that it authorized the transfer of up to $1 billion to erect 57 miles of "pedestrian fencing" along the U.S.-Mexico border in direct support of President Trump's national emergency declaration from last month.

So 1 billion for 57 miles of fencing of a 2800 mile border

… Party of fiscal responsibility right ;)
