1: The brothers claim smollett wrote him a check for 3,500...they cannot find that check
2: They cannot prove it 100% even thought he did it
3: He would get community service..so what's the point
4: They might have got pressure from some "black" celebrities, politicians on this
5: Local politicians probably feared of backlash if he was prosecuted
6: If Innocent...why did he mail himself a threatening letter (they proved that)
7: Why would two BLACK men do this to another black man at 2:30 am in freezing weather? (Two black men would not unless paid to do it...as for the time? No witnesses)
8: Why would he forfeit his bail bond of 10k to a city that charged him if he was innocent? LOL
This reeks of fear of black retaliation....political, socially in a city that has the highest crimes rates in the nation.
