She said what she supposedly did and her fans don't care. There are rappers that rap about killing people and stabbing people and raping people and stealing from people. Those rappers make millions and are on TV.
What you and I think has no impact on her career who she is and what she says has an impact and people brought her up to fame level despite what she has publicly said shes done. Her base sustains her, not outsiders, just like Trump.
