The very first things he says (before the 2 second mark) are already not true. All the world has right now is Barr's summary of the Mueller Report. And if even I meet you half-way and say no collusion with you, Barr's own report on the report says that Trump is not exonerated on Obstruction of Justice. So right there, Hannity is giving opinion, not facts.
And the 8 second mark he says "It was nothing more than a hoax". This again is not true. The Special Counsel investigation (also referred to as the Mueller Probe or Mueller Investigation) was a United States law enforcement and counterintelligence investigation of the Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.
At 17 seconds he just goes off on more opinion stuff...
Anyway look - I get why some people like Sean Hannity. He's mad all the time and like Rush Limbaugh, he taps into peoples fear and rage. People automatically like other people who are like themselves (no insult meant). What I suggest that you do is try watching his video again, but (a) ignore all of the emotional (hate) content, and ignore all of the commentary. Try to get to the facts, and then look them up. If you want to compare something he said to Rachel MAddow, then find Maddow's video that he's talking about but watch it all so that you get the full context. Hannity and Fox News have been known to play video clips of someone saying or doing something that sounds bad until you see the whole thing in context. They did this to Obama a lot.
