the profits of this sales will be bunkered in the future tax oasis UK but as there is nothing to invest, this money will flow into the EU to invest it there.

as sad as the whole story is, it also has its good sides. because the beer table economists will finally feel on their own bodies how the laws of the economy work.
So why isn't the EU doing more to restrict China's growth? A massive embargo or ruling that China has to buy more from Europe or sell less would be great.

Is having the EU worth losing democratic rights, worth all the benefits?

As for economies. Nothing has harmed the economy of most British families worse than the massive influx of EU low skilled, non-skilled and unemployed labour.
