Again, for the HUNDREDTH time... Multiculturalism works in America because we vet foreigners in their country before they come here unlike Europe. Also we integrate our immigrants all over the country into normal neighborhoods we don't delegate them to shity neighborhoods and refuse to employ them like Europe.
