We will be removing Paypal soon too. I'm pretty sure it's just cannibalizing sales for a higher processing rate. The whole goal is to move everything to NATS/TC ASAP without affiliates losing any traffic and sales.
The best thing you can do is switch to NATS links and then you know it's all tracked.

Do you mean that EPOCH (PAYPAL) is not supposed to appear if using a new affiliate link from NATS?
Because it does, and you can enter your credit card number or Pay with Paypal in Epoch.
