Last I checked, Poland is located in Europe and what I wrote absolutely applies to it as well

This is just as ridiculous a law because they can't prosecute anyone outside of the country for it. They did it to make it look like they're taking action against the whole "polish death camp" thing that went on for a bit.
As for the lady, 6 months for hurting someone's feelings seems a bit steep to me, just like UK police arresting people for "mis-gendering" trannies on twitter.
