Not only showing ads but they blocked the window.open, meaning you can not open any new window on click or tap.

but they even send you a video of what they want to be replaced.
so it should be very clear what you have to remove. obviously you did not do that.
you can prevent the block by setting all links to target _self but that will cost you a fortune of your revenue.
a site also donīt get blocked for life.
In the first case they remove the block right after you ask for re-approval.
if this fails you have a second chance.
if this fails again you can ask for re-approval after 30 days. if this fails again you can again ask for re approval after 30 days without ads.
I have never seen a case when a page was not re-approved after that 4th r-approval and I am not sure if there is something like a lifetime blocking - I personally doubt that.
but if you donīt remove what they have complained I can imagine that they are not amused to re-approve again and again when the issues are not fixed.
from July on Chrome will have an own adblocker onboard and blocks of ads or other unpopular techniques will be faster blocked than now.
if you send me your URL as PM i can have a look and see what might be the issue if you donīt know what is wrong.
