I fully believe that everyone thinks society smart but the reality is there are some very, very dumb people who shouldn't be allowed out in public. They look a this:
100 Visa GIFT CARD ACTIVATED
No Fees After Purchase
$135.95
And maybe they think they are getting a credit card.

You can go to Walmart, Target, any store and buy a card for a $4.95 activation fee or less. Disabled people at home can buy online or have their shoppers buy a card.
A credit card for $136. Yeah, very dumb people indeed.
I buy restaurant gift cards on a local site. I never pay more than 50% of value of card. Usually I get $10 cards for about $2. Occasionally I see people overpaying and I don’t get it. They’re mailed to you and a $10 gift card to a local restaurant shouldn’t cost $12. The site owner can’t sell them all so puts them on eBay. I’ve paid 99 cents for $10 cards and buck shipping. I buy four or five so the bucks don’t add up. I’ll get one for a Portuguese restaurant because I can give it away.
I’ve tried many new restaurants and many were ones I’ve gone back to again. Some were horrible but at two bucks, at least part was good.
The site used to have thirty restaurants Now it’s about a dozen because the premise is give away the gift cards, he sells them for whatever and the restaurant gets repeat new customers. But some are so bad that people don’t go back.
One owner complained that we used the cards every month as you’re limited to once a month. Legitimate purchases but he gets paid less the $10 gift card. Lunch for two is around $15 generally so he gets five bucks. They lose money so bitch we’re going every month. I told the guy I pay for it but didn’t mention the price. Another customer told him they were on eBay for a buck or two. He pulled out of the program.
