Today Barr said no one in Trump's campaign was warned by the FBI that Russians were infiltrating their campaign.
Uhhh...yes they were told. In 2016.
and not one of them told the FBI that they had numerous contacts with Russians. But Barr isn't concerned with this. He's only concerned that the FBI was doing their job.
All of this is fucking twisted and I can't believe we're watching it happen. A presidential campaign had numerous contacts with Russians during the election, the FBI alerted them to it and they did nothing about it (other than trying to hide it), then the Republicans want the FBi investigated for doing what they're supposed to do and they're getting away with it.
It's fucking treason and it sucks that we can only watch it happen. I know Barr is full of shit as he calmly evades and obfuscates. They can never let that report see the light of day because it'll expose that Barr completely lied about the contents of it. I wouldn't be surprised if he's stretching the truth about the findings of collusion also. The only thing that can make the truth come out is a leaked copy of the report by some American hero on the Mueller team. Or Mueller himself won't be able to take this shit much longer and come testify before congress. I don't believe a goddamn word Barr says. We're watching a full blown cover up and that report will submarined. It's the only hope they have of protecting the great Orange One.
Listen to what I'm saying here...the democrats in congress will never get any version of that report which gives them enough information to see the full truth...unless it's leaked to them. And why would anyone on the conservative side think that's a good thing if their boy is innocent? It's because they know he's a fucking criminal.
