if anybody would know what is written there and what it means, why nobody can write it in modern words and keep it up to date to the circumstances of today?

the US wants to be such a modern country and still depends on the words of people that are dead already and can not tell anybody what they meant.

unfortunately nobody ever will have a chance to be elected who would do what is necessary in your country. i mean, this is not ONLY a problem in the united states but it is nowhere THAT bad in the whole western world (not even in the UK).
