Tax returns are down by 6 billion dollars this year after Trump's tax cut for billionaires..

Red Hat logic = well they didn't pay as much taxes so they wont get as big of returns.

This year more people have owed taxes than previously. Those same people would normally see a return..

Re Hat logic = They didnt pay enough taxes so they now owe..

I'm still trying to figure out if they can actually tie their own shoes laces..
