No... he isn't giving shit to infrastructure rebuilding, in fact he and Republicans cut that funding and are forcing states to cover money that the federal govt used to provide. He told states to add tolls to highways to cover the costs..
Trump has been increasing money to the military, bailing out the farmers he is bankrupting with his tariffs ect..ect.. Spending 100s of millions on his weekly trips to his own properties.. ect..ect..
Then the rest of the debt is just that debt, because he's spending more than we are collecting in taxes so he is borrowing money to cover the spending.. because billionaires needed their tax cuts...
