Why you think couldn't do it very well from another tld? there are tld that are very popular for example as .io .mobi .blog .app .biz which are all great, you cant buy easy for a super keywords because they are potentially high value and you cant find because is already take. this is not a super keywords because super keywords is more then 1 milion search per months but is not a smal keyword for sure.
