1) americans are the biggest drug users in the world by far...they take the first 5 places...and the next 10...you will never solve this because even if you miraculously stop all drugs they will turn to alcohol...psychological problems IRL...
2) the corruption is too deep and any change will be met by a false flag and they will suddenly invade somebody if the shit hits the fan..."patriotic mode" will turn on (this means bombing others) and the sheep will go "BAAAAAAAAAAAmerica"...no change...nuke up
