you're grieving a loss and that takes time to come to terms with. be thankful that you didn't waste any more of your precious life on ish that wasn't right for you, no matter how much it hurts right now
as to your pic: always take the road less traveled regardless of circumstance. the music tends to be more fun there anyway
keep your head up and get out there, time is precious and if you stay inside grieving instead of out there living it then the loss is compounded exponentially

I'm so sorry though, my post is in no way an attempt to minimize what you've been through.
just for real dude you need to force yourself out there on your own until it becomes natural again. most habits take at least 2 weeks to form. start today.
volunteering is a wicked way to meet peeps and feel like you're doing something of value. or the dog park if you live in a place where those exist. start Capoeira (wicked stress relief), whatever. just get outside.
