The bad thing about blacks moving onto your street isn't always the new family....
.... it's their ghetto ass 'groid friends who visit them and don't know the difference between how you act in the ghetto and a decent area.
The new black family at the end of the street has been very quiet. Today they are throwing a party and we've had a steady stream of ghetto groids walking up and down the street talking extremely loud and dropping F bombs. I can hear their personal conversations from inside my house.
How can you be three feet away from someone and talk so loud that you can be heard word for word over 100 feet away?
This type of thing sets the stage for white flight.
