I went into the manage bank accounts page, and noticed there's now a BSB field which needed to be entered. Once that was added and saved, and I went back to the EFT withdraw page, the mysterious label.AU_ROUTING_NUMBER field disappeared.

Just another weird Paxum quirk, I guess...
