America knew as well and was warning the Sri Lankan Government yet still allowed their citizans to go about normal business there, despite knowing churches and hotels were the target.

I'd guess straight up the Sri Lankan government is in this up to their eyeballs, supplying the munitions used and looking the other way to facilitate the attack. Keep in mind in the past 12 years they have killed over 100,000 Muslims there, raped their women, burned their homes and destroyed their businesses. They've been looking for any excuse to return to the ethnic cleansing they started against an ethnic group that's lived in the country for the past 1500 years.

I don't condone these attacks in anyway, but being Sir Lanka, I'd wait until the whole story comes out, because its a different inbreed island planet there.
